Eldridge Kitchen Remodel

This complete kitchen remodel transformed an outdated space into a bright, timeless kitchen designed for both everyday living and entertaining. The remodel features J&K White Shaker cabinetry, premium 3 cm Calacatta Fantasy Quartzite countertops, a full-height tile backsplash, a custom cabinet hood, lighting added to the glass upper cabinets, a new gas line for a gas range conversion, a new electrical line for the microwave drawer, plumbing for a custom prep sink, updated plumbing fixtures, a new stainless steel kitchen sink and prep sink, hookup of customer-provided appliances, an air switch for the garbage disposal, new recessed lighting, and a new chandelier.

We also removed the existing light box, demolished the old countertops, cabinets, backsplash, and furdowns, patched the sheetrock, removed wallpaper throughout the kitchen and breakfast area, primed the walls with oil primer, matched the wall texture to the rest of the home, and painted the walls and ceilings to complete the transformation.

The natural beauty of Calacatta Fantasy Quartzite pairs perfectly with the warm brass hardware, crisp white cabinetry, full-height tile backsplash, and light wood flooring to create a clean, elegant kitchen with lasting durability. Every detail was carefully selected to create a luxurious yet highly functional space.

This project extended well beyond the kitchen. Premier Kitchen & Bath also completed a wide range of additional improvements throughout the home, including installing new ceiling fans, adding recessed lighting throughout the house, building new shaker-style doors for the living room built-ins, adding an outlet above the fireplace, remodeling the office with a custom floating butcher block desk, relocating shelving to create a more open workspace, painting interior trim and millwork, and completing numerous plumbing, electrical, drywall, and finish carpentry upgrades. The primary and hall bathroom were also remodeled as part of this project.

Additional improvements included painting a secondary bedroom, replacing the doorbell, repainting the front entry gate, installing tile flooring in the front entryway, running a new gas line with a valve and cap for a future patio grill, installing a new 150-amp electrical panel with surge protection, adding a dedicated electrical circuit for a refrigerator in the primary closet, installing wallpaper in the powder bathroom, and updating lighting throughout the home.
